This past weekend Auctions America held a high-roller event in Fort Lauderdale. Two of the highlights of the auction were a 2006 Ford GT Heritage Edition, which saw the hammer drop for a cool $412,500, and a 1963 Shelby 289 Cobra, which sold for an eye watering $825,000. Now, considering the value of each of those, would you want to be the one tapped to be behind the wheel of either for the above photo of the cars turning through a corner a hair’s-breadth apart? That must have been a pucker that took a week to un-puck.
