A janitor was painting "LIBERY" over the entrance to the school library.
Someone suggested he look it up in the dictionary.
So he did.
"Well I'll be!" he exclaimed, "They left it out!"

I was looking for a donor for an SBC drivetrain a while back, so I searched Craigslist for "Camaro". Since I wanted a cheap one instead of something museum-worthy, I tried searching "Camero". Guess which way got more hits?
For several years, the end of the road outside my house (which ends in a gate into a park) had painted on it "FIRE ACESS KEEP CLEAR". I was there when they painted it- the surveyors spray-paint instructions on the pavement (sidewalk for Americans) for the guys who paint the markings to follow. The instructions had it spelled correctly.
Clearly, this is from Alabama. And all I have to comment is Alabummer.

Two well placed burnouts (maybe from a Camero?) and it becomes "STFU".
Camaro?
Exactly. It amazes me how many Camero's there seem to be in the world, despite the name being spelled correctly several places on the car.

I can sympathize with the painters – I've had days like that too.

I really don't see what's wrong here, you guys.
That intersection has good visibility all the way around, so I'm wondering if they couldn't have gotten away with "YIEDL" instead.
Of course, in the UK that would be a "GIVE WYA" sign.
STPO!!!
