Good thing those head gaskets are so accessible.
Snap together? If you’re clever with your modeling and your 3D printer is accurate enough, you can print the whole thing from one file, moving parts and all. Fasteners are a problem, as are other interference fit features.
Soooo are the stl files available on like grabcad or thingiverse? I don’t actually plan to make one, but I’d like to know that I could.

Oh, wow, that is one amazing world to dive into. I struggle to keep up with just about anything I’d like to do already, but with more spare time on my hands, this would be a brilliant pastime.
