The Nürburgring can be a busy place at times. If you’re going to get the most out of your machine and the track, you have to know a few things about the place beforehand. You should know the corners, the braking zones, and, rather importantly, you should know how to maneuver through traffic. Dale Lomas knows all of these things.
Lomas is one of the delighful chaps behind the Bridge-to-Gantry website and YouTube channel. He’s driven many a lap a the ‘Ring in both tourist traffic form and during VLN racing.
Here you can see his skill and attentiveness behind the wheel. While piloting a Jaguar F-Type SVR that is serving as Ring Taxi duty, Lomas manages to overtake 43 cars. While he’s doing so, he’s also ripping off a ridiculously quick lap especially given the crowded conditions.
This is high-speed driving done well.
