There’s a lot of debate going on in politics these days regarding Evolution vs. Creationism. As car enthusiasts we have the luxury of being able to believe in both when it comes to Italian Super cars of the glorious decade that was the ’60s. The Lamborghini Miura Roadster pictured above, for example, exemplifies both an evolution of the breed from front-engine to mid, and this particular one-off topless example expresses shapes in its B-pillar scoops and inset center section that presages similar design cues in the successor Countach. On the other hand, if you’ve ever experienced a Miura, you’ll be hard pressed to deny it is not conclusive evidence of the hand of God.
