Last Call: Electric Avenue Edition

I am fully on board with the low center of gravity, so much so that I think this is how I want to go to work come Monday. I’m not however on board with the ankle socks. I just can’t stand wearing them.

My local newspaper has a little article on the repair costs of new cars, and how it affects insurance discounts by being so pricey. “Only the death or blind do still have minor parking damage”, is one of the quotes, before they go on to say that minor damage on a bumper destroying lasers and sensors might come in at a leisurely 50000NOK/5900$, a modern mirror might cost half that to replace.
    Excuse me?
This is even worse than I knew of. Makes me want to hoard cars in that price range because I expect the ordinary public to come back looking for early 2000s drivers.
Oh, and the video above doesn’t work.

One of the reasons I can’t pull myself to get a new car.
The other reason is that most new cars suck.

Electric Avenue was a teenaged favorite of mine too!
