Welcome to Track Tuesday where you are asked to identify a (maybe) famous race or test track from just one closely-cropped aerial image. This week, it’s a bridge. Good luck!

      1. I think that’s the bridge that Kimi Raikkonen ran into last year or the year before.

    1. Is there anything more exciting than watching someone dive bomb into Turn 9, then flat out all the way to Turn 1?

      1. I agree.
Also the back half of Lime Rock has been a favorite of mine for a while, coming into the Esses, into the Uphill and then the steep drop on the other side.
For a short course it packs a serious punch.

          1. Very apt. I loved going for the Formula Atlantic – ALMS weekend and camping, doing the tech sessions and getting to walk the track, it is a wonderful gem for the gearhead.

          2. I’ve never been there, but almost every race I’ve seen on TV has been great.

          3. When Dyson was running the Mazdas in LMP2 they did a tech session entirely on the aerodynamic design of the car and the goal of low cd while maximizing downforce. It was a ridiculously cool session that included a Q&A time afterward which seemed extraordinarily approachable for something that is many times hush-hush. I mean they didn’t give away any trade secrets, but for the layman to be invited into the racing engineers’ world, it was absolutely astounding.
