Mystery Car

It was on this day in 1647 that Alse Young of Windsor Connecticut was put to death by the fine people of that town on account of their accusation that she was a witch. That was the first documented witch execution in the Americas.
We’ve come a long way from Alse Young to Harry Potter but we still don’t take kindly to the use of witchcraft in the solving of the weekly Mystery Car contest, it just wouldn’t be fair. Because of that, witches will just have to sit on their wands for this. Make and model if you please.

        1. I’d like to see each unsolved mystery car revealed the following week.
Didn’t someone have a Google docs spreadsheet of all the mystery cars?

      1. regarding the red ridges, the closest thing I found was this Ligier Microcar from France
