Despite it actually being pink, the dress Carrie wears to her fateful prom is called red by her mother. “I should have known it would be red” she ominously intones. Carrie’s mom sees foreboding in the crimson hue, while I’m hoping you’ll see the identity of this week’s Mystery Car which also happens to be red. Hopefully things will end better for us than it did for Carrie and her mom.
