Not all cars are cool. And, while many people consider their car to be an extension of their persona, sometimes they miscalculate that image. That’s when you see VW New Beetles with flower stickers all over it, Chevy Aveos with I’m Not Spoiled, Just Well Taken Care Of license plate frames, or, for the love of dog, Smart Cars.
You, of course, drive a car that does not engender snickers, wide-eyed stares of disbelief, or pointed fingers and dropped jaws of horror when you pass. But the same can’t be said for everyone, and we all know someone who has had the misfortune of choosing a car or truck that may require the wearing of a large hat and sunglasses to ride in, lest people associate you with its lameness.
That being said, what is the most embarassing car that you, or one of your friends, own that you hate to be seen in?

I'd take an SL over my Ion any day. At least it was relatively competitive in it's segment in it's time and a bit of character. The Ion does nothing terribly, but nothing well. It might as well have been named the Saturn IS, because it just is…
Mine is the same year ('92) as Martin Blank drove, so that makes it kinda cool. I agree; black is better.
