The Aston Martin Conundrum

By Jeff Glucker Apr 24, 2010

Pricing information was just released for the finally-coming-to-America Aston Martin V12 Vantage. The “standard” version is priced at $179,995 and the Carbon Black special edition will set you (well… not “you”) back $194,995. This raises a question – why buy the DBS? The Bondmobile is priced almost $100,000 higher yet the two cars have nearly identical performance figures. Personally, I think the Vantage even looks a little better. The V12 Vantage is now available for you (again, most likely not “you) to order and the first cars will begin appearing on dealer lots in the fourth quarter of this year. If you were in the market for a new Aston Martin two-door…which would you choose?
