Worst. Retromod. EVER! And what’s worse is that it comes from my home country. I don’t feel so bad knowing that we have recently been showcasing some amazing horrific U.S. made custom cars, but this one really bothers me. I guess crack is available everywhere.
What really grinds my gears is the fact that they ruined an innocent Austin Mini. Unless they ordered the wrong parts, from a MINI and not a Mini and just went with it, I have no idea. Note the //M mirrors. More pics after the jump.

What are these taillights off of?
Interior looks surprisingly not horrible.
And finally, why is there a Union Jack in a German car?
Taste is a rare commodity in Eastern Europe.

Hi.
Still looks better than that Mini/MINI thing.
I'd rather have a cage put on my head, and bees poured in it.
You and a man named Nic have a lot in common.
the taillights are from a 90s corsa (chevrloet where i live)…
why use that? MINI or even lifan lights would at least keep with the theme.
You're right. To be more precise; the 3 door version of the 1993-2000 Opel Corsa B.
As evidence I'll attach some pictures of the 3 door Corsa B in its average condition in its natural habitat.

Rear lights are from a vaux hall Corsa B.
The front looks like a cross between a bad cartoon and a London Taxi.
It is very odd piece of work.
I missed the photo opportunity a few days ago in Korea but imagine this: a tiny Japanese/Korean square box city van, the length iof a real Austin Mini perhaps, fully painted in two-tone old VW Van style, sporting a seemingly genuine "VW" van badge on the front. Somehow, it worked. The paint and emblem made it look just like a tiny VW van.
Here, have a Subaru Sambar.

This would be a Nanobus, right?
I like this. It's cute. But it's not a Type 2.

What I heard in my head when I read that title…
"Updating a vintage Mini with modern performance parts? Good idea…
Backdating a Modern MINI with vintage Mini body parts? Bad idea."
Looks like a bad Lifan copy, and that is very bad indeed.
Lifan 320

to me, it's always better a bad design that tried to be original, than a lazy copy.
the lifan looks like they took just 15 minutes to copy the MINI
It looks like it just saw itself in the mirror!

The kid made a pretty good observation at the British-Euro car show last weekend.
Old Jags parked next to new Jags. All the TRs were in the same area. The MGA's, B's and C's were there with the TF''s and TC's.
But the Minis were parked 50 yards away from the MINIs.
More evidence why cousins shouldn't marry. But, perhaps this is just an awkward phase, before the ugly duckling grows up to become a Traveller?
It's an Austin, no innocenti.
The poor thing is indeed far from Innocenti, but it's got concealed door hinges, so it's not an Austin, either.
I must say what a surprisingly successful attempt at distracting the viewer from how awful the wheels are !
Why all the hate? It's really not all that bad, compared to some other crawling horrors we've seen around here…
Yeah, but it's a pretty small car – the suckitude/pound (or should that be per some unit of volume?) rate for this one is off the charts, even if its net suck is less than some of the gems to which you refer.
