        1. …come to think of it, especially considering how many kit cars are powered by some flavor of SBC anyway, I wonder how come nobody makes a replica Stingray roadster? If Race Car Replicas can do a replica of the one-of-one XJ13, I would think this would be do-able…

      1. Looks like Volvo had a plan for a sports car till it got punched in the mouth, but then, as the saying goes, everybody has a plan till they get punched in the mouth.

      1. But the Sprite is so cute! I haven’t found the right one yet but I’m still looking. But the Daimler? At the time in England manufacturers were hiring Italian designers to spiff up their products but Daimler must have had a contest for children of employees to submit crayon drawings of what a sports car looks like and little Andrew won with his “catfish” car.
