I thought that Airbnb only offered creepy people’s extra bedrooms and leaky converted garages, but boy was I mistaken. They apparently also offer rentals of smashingly quaint VW Type 2s in which you can tour England. Who knew?
Last Call indicates the end of Hooniverse’s broadcast day.  It’s meant to be an open forum for anyone and anything. Thread jacking is not only accepted, it’s encouraged.

  1. All European countries have biannual tech inspections, not to inspect everything, but to confirm that cars are roadworthy for another two years. It’s a strict regime, and you’d generally want to pass it first, sell the car later, if you want to have anything in return for your car.
    Yesterday, this local Fiesta lost its entire rear wheel setup due to rust. The vehicle was inspected five months ago:
