Actually, being a Tombstoner, living here I know something about these nineteenth century meatball firearms. That's a Winchester Mareleg, a 45-70 carbine cut down for major misbehavior. Maybe it's a Sharps, I dunno. Nothing to be trifled with. Anyway, that doesn't matter. Look at the cartridges on his belt. They will put holes in you.
I originally thought it was a thirty-thirty Winchester cut down because of the cartridges on his belt , but then noticed there was no lever.
