An old pal from a job that’s partially responsible for my screen name tipped me to some top-shelf Swedish vodka insanity. We bring you the Heron Hillclimb, which we can best describe as a mini Pike’s Peak mixed with a typical crop of Cars and Coffee attendees. Seriously, this is madness…

    Sweden just moved up to very high on my list of where to move when the Chinese try to collect on our debt. In fact, they may be tied with Australia.

      They have the hot rods, obviously. They have aquavit of course. The question is whether they can complete the holy hoon trinity and ease up on those firearm regulations just a bit.

    Ford Freak club of Finland had a similar event about 10 years ago, "Freak's Peak". Early T-birds, '69 Mustang fastbacks, '64 Galaxies and so on racing on a dirt course – the sort of thing that you'd never see anymore.
