Hummer Goes On Road Sign Rampage – Watch more Funny Videos
In case you were vacillating over whether Hummer drivers really are the douchebags people make them out to be, here’s a little reminder. Of course, it also demonstrates that the Hummer’s off-road capability isn’t just PR fluff.

I love how people film this stuff… WHEN this person gets caught, each sign will make his trip to court/jail just that much more expensive.
I would imagine the cost PER sign is quite high…
I really kept hoping that asshat would hit a guard rail. Some jackass decides to destroy public property, and we get to pay for it.
If the shoe fits, wear it.
To be fair, this doesn't prove that the Hummer's any good offroad, just that it's fairly tough, thanks to the Silverado 2500 bits underneath.
Also, this is not the extra best Hummer you can buy. It doesn't even have vinyl, or stripes, or a cup built right in.
Looked like he came real close to hitting that bridge rail. Too bad it didn't happen.
I've always maintained that you have to be a real asshat to drive one of these, and I'm right. I know somebody who has one, and he is. This moron takes the cake, though.
I used to be a moron, too. I was defending Freedom and Democracy as a buck private in Ft. Stewart Georgia in 1980 and they asked me if I wanted to be a track driver. I was 18 years old and they were asking me if I wanted my very own 11 ton M113A1 armored personnel carrier. After deliberating for about a microsecond, I said Hell Yes. What do you think I said? Little did I know I doomed myself to countless days of wrenching on that miserable sonofabitch, learning the subtle arts of track tensioning, torsion bar replacement, Detroit Diesel bodily fluids, et. al. However, thrashing that thing through the South Georgia pineywoods during field exercises made it all worth it. Ever plow down pine trees at 20 MPH? Great fun. Just like the dude in the video. Ever find out how big a tree it takes to stop an 11ton M113A1? I did. Not so much fun anymore, especially when you hear constructive criticism from your colleagues riding in the back. Yep, I felt like a moron. I was hoping for Hummer Guy to meet a lightpost and feel what it's like to be a moron, too.
Thanks for the chuckle, and thanks for serving – especially in 1980, twasn't exactly popular back then…
