The only car which should have ‘Dingo’ number plates is, surely, the Mitsubishi Dingo, which was, oddly, not marketed in Australia.
It certainly looks like it could easily swallow a few children.

There is an actual Butts County Georgia. The county is usually displayed on the license plate like so for Jackson county.
