Someone needs to do an overland / safari build on a Honda Accord Crosstour. Google image search indicates that it hasn’t been done and I can’t imagine why not.
I always saw the Crosstour as a starting point for an executive sand rail.
I see issues with entry/exist for the driver and passenger.
If you’re on a budget, the answer is always Delica/Starwagon. If not, then VW Transporter 4×4 (4Motion/4xMotion/whatever)
