The Mooneyes Street Car National was just held on April 24th in Tokyo, Japan. The guys over at BangShift recently received over 200 photos of the event from local photographer James Lisle. So, are you ready to waste a couple of hours today?
American Muscle Cars, Wagons, Low-Riders, and Pickup Trucks are usually not the type of vehicles that comes to mind when one thinks about Tokyo. All I can say is WOW, as there are some really radical rides over there. Go over to the BangShift Gallery, and see for yourself.

Wow. That's Tokyo? That's a lot of gorgeous American iron they have. The '55-'56 Chevys are wonderful, especially that gold one from Cherries Speed shop. Too many great cars shown to comment on. Well done Nihon!

Very nice! Nothing like left drive on right drive roads!

Can't imagine how tricky driving some of those absolute landyachts (Fleetwood Brougham, '76 Caprice, GMT400 dually) must be over there.
