The 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is the best-selling PHEV SUV on the planet… and oddly enough, there is some notion of Evo-heritage baked in there. That sounds crazy, I know. But after driving this thing on a race track and getting it to go tail-out through corners, my assumed notions have shifted.
