Someone at this service bay in Austin has clearly developed a simple, accurate, and completely scientific method based on years of empirical research to properly diagnose any issues one could possibly have with their Prius over its lifetime. No code scanners or rigorous inspections needed. I also hear that if you’re nice enough they’ll even let you throw the dart.
