I saw this thing cruising around the Ebay “Other Makes” category. It is for sale from a dealer in Mamaroneck, New York, and without further delay, here is what he has to say about it.

That's a piss-poor replica. Look at the front end compared to the real Black Beauty. The proportions aren't even close. Don't waste your money on this thing.

Waste of an Imperial. I'm not sure if I want to see the film, because I am a fan of the cars and they're responsible for the destruction of so many.
I'm not sure why she's there but Robin is my favorite.
The Green Hornet and Kato did appear in some Batman episodes if my memory is right and it's not some child-like awesome mash-up that never was, so I guess it makes sense. Actually no it's just another nice pair of legs to sell the overpriced car.
