Clear 11 minutes from your schedule and watch Testarossas and 328s roll along on Maranello’s assembly line. The film is beautiful, and gives a sense of how much hand-assembly went into a Ferrari at the time.

Clearly a professional film presumably made by Ferrari’s marketing department, it does give a shocking impression of quality and fitness of construction. You can’t even hear the tinworm in the video working on those sculpted bare flanks! But in all seriousness, watching the engine being cast in a nearly Medieval process was fascinating. Enjoy!
