Why, if the truck is equipped with a snorkel, they can operate for long periods underwater! Make the jump to watch a hoon of the highest grade tackle a river in what looks to be a surplus military truck, complete with full snorkel equipment. Bonus points for IDing the truck.

Note that when he approaches the far bank the first time, he apparently says “I needed to breathe,” which seems to be an indication that there’s no scuba tanks or snorkels for the driver. When your truck can breathe, but you can’t, you gotta be doing something right.
