For some reason, I decided to use the parking garage rather than the surface lot when I pulled into work this morning. I’m glad I did, because I got the chance to get a few pictures of this A4 wagon.
Let me first say that I am no fan of “stance” or anything like it, but this longroof seems to strike the perfect balance between a comfortable ride height and sporty looks. I really like that it’s almost completely black. Looks great.
Again, the all-black treatment really works well for this car, especially on the front end.
This picture is very blurry. I was squatting, trying to get a better angle, but I think it could have been better. Still, I think it gives us a good look at the long- part of this longroof.
Most newer Audi’s don’t float my boat, but this A4 wagon is definitely a looker. What do you think?

Looks like a B7 A4 avant to me?
All of these Audis look the same. I was behind one at a red light and I couldn't tell if it was an A4, A6, Allroad, or Q5!
Don't know why, but I just can't imagine the owner of this being a nice bloke who's courteous on the road, uses speed appropriately and gives others plenty of space. The car just promotes stereotyping.
In other words, a snowboarder.
Fair enough. Most 'drivers' on the road should 'shit or get off the pot'.
And this is a fairly old vehicle now. Plenty of civilised people own them.

I irrationally lust for a B8 A4 Avant…in teak brown metallic…with a 6MT…
Thankfully Audi only shipped about 6 of these to the US so I haven't been tempted…yet.
