Fart cans, annoying as they are, can often be found on someone’s hand-me-down automatic Civics, and aren’t all too rare on Corollas either. But it took a five-door Corolla, a bicycle inner tube and some Finnish ingenuity to produce the ultimate fart can sound.
Listen for yourselves. It’s rib-cracking, gut-busting hilarity.

[Hat tip to… Well, Robert told me to post it.]
I've been having a bad day (near mental breakdown over my incredibly-stressful-at-the-moment job, the impending possibility that I can't fix the scary rust on my beloved ChryCo minivan and will have to scrap him, being told by all my mechanic friends that they won't touch that Saab 900 I wanted to buy because of the liability…) and this improved my mood by 200%. Thank you Antti
What he said ^, pretty much. Thanks.
No matter how old you are, or where you're from, one Truth remains. Farts are funny.
Whoever posts a video of both this and a duck call in the blow-off valve in the same car at the same time will win the internet.
This is probably the best thing I've seen on the internet.
I haven't checked on the goings on here in ages, and when I do I find that this is what you guys are up to?
Excellent. I haven't laughed so hard in ages.
You expect it to get old eventually, but it just doesn't. I'm going to try this out on a variety of vehicles, hopefully at least one with an ls under the hood.
I'm not sure which is funnier, the actual sound coming from it, or the visual of the innertube flapping around once the gas pressure builds up. Either way, absolutely brilliant. One of the funniest videos I've ever seen. Certainly the funniest car video. Kiitos, Antti, and kiitos, flappy-tube fart can guys.
Ladies and gentlemen: my hometown in all its sophisticated glory.
Hrm.
I now have a new mission in life: Apply inner tube to every parked fart can equipped car i can find. It will be more than worth the investment in some brand new mtn bike tubes.
Or, if you have a park frequented by mountain bikers, they toss those things out all the time. I had to strap a swaybar in place one time using one when the clamps failed.
Brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for posting this!

What a gas.
