Welcome to Track Tuesday where you are asked to identify a famous race course from just one aerial image. The only other hint you get is that this track is in… the Northern Hemisphere. Good luck!

Track Tuesday- Name That Track

All the trucks are cabovers = Europe.

Donington Park

Came here to say this.

I've never noticed until now that the last hairpin on the extended course narrows and is decreasing radius.
-
On the National Circuit, the chicane back to the start-finish straight is optional, according to Gordon Sheddon.

The photo is old; the right-left chicane for the National Circuit has since been moved back to create more runoff, and is now a separate piece of road from the GP Circuit's last hairpin.

When I first read this I thought, "What the font is going on?!" Then I realized I was reading 'arial' as 'anal' –not that my mind is in the gutter.
😉-
Well, it should be aerial, so I could see how that mistake could be made.
Wait… no still in the gutter. -
Me thinks he meant aerial.

That's not Arial, "the font that was created to look nearly like Helvetica, but without the license fees" ™
'a' looks close, but the 'r' is ugly in a different way than the Arial. The 'k' is unusual, but not ugly. What is it?
(Now I'm out of the closet: the intersection of cars and typography, that's what I like)-
Apparently it's "Arial Client."
Looking closer I see the C R and such are definitely not Arial. I just googled Arial and grabbed the image.
(I like fonts too)

So what was the answer to last week's track?
-
I believe it was the Ascari Chicane at Monza.
