The Cammed & Tubbed Podcast: Episode 47 – Grown Men Crying

I want to begin by thanking everyone who gave our little podcast a chance and listened last week. I really hope you stick around, as we’ve got some fun stuff to talk about every single week. We’re just a few car guys from all around the country that like to hang out together and record it once a week. We mostly talk about car stuff, but it occasionally devolves into discussion about 80s/90s pop-culture, nobody knows why.
This episode’s topics include: “What’s On Your Desk”, Magnus Walker bought a new car, What’s the deal with RWB?, Project Boxster gets some new bits, Project Mazda2 gets some new bits, How awesome was Furious 7 (No Spoilers, sorta), Porsches in the movies, and our shoutouts for the week. Enjoy!

The Cammed and Tubbed Podcast – Grown Men Crying

Thanks for listening from:
Cam –
Check out those new wheels and tires on the Bitchin’ Deuce. Hey Cam, you got jackstands under there, bud?
Tub –
The annual ‘selfie at the Monterey Historics’, it’s a good look, don’t ya think?
And Jason –
Just look at those mirrored shades, Jason looks almost like he BELONGS in Top Gun. What a douche…

There are indeed jackstands under there! It’s the only way to fly. Safety third!
Ya see, my new tires are just S O W I D E that you can’t see ’em.

You got your AMC’s mixed up. It was indeed the Gremlin that had the 2.0L Audi/Porsche (as you started off saying). These were also available in old Postal Jeeps as well, IIRC.

Yep. That’s the risk of doing this stupid stuff “live” without a script.

Glad you enjoy it, Myron. It was nice meeting you during the Lit Show weekend in LA a couple of months back. I’ve admired your cars for years.
