I'll bet they still park there, get towed and get all pissed off and indignant. When I managed parking garages, I realized that people lose 33% of their intellect as soon as they get behind the wheel, and another 33% as soon as they enter a parking lot. Considering what most of the general public start with, they don't have much to work with by the time they get to that parking lot. Think about this next time you go to the store for groceries and somebody pulls some mindless stunt right there in front of you while you're just trying to park your car and get a gallon of milk. Admit it, you see it every time you enter a parking lot.
