On my old KLR650 I kept thinking there was another gear to grab upwards. Evidently I need a 6-speed bike the next time around…
When you learned on 5 speed ’70s Japanese machines, the first Norton experience of “1 up, 3 down, with the wrong foot” is fun, too!
I can’t tell you how many times I tried to lift the BSA’s brake pedal with my left foot!
As if motorcycling itself wasn’t exciting enough!
