I don’t know about you, but I’m getting pretty tired of all this heat. As is usually the case around this time I am deeply in the longing for fall stage of the year. Of course the best thing to do when you’re uncomfortable from the heat is to think about something else. Anything else.
Here’s something else, this week’s Mystery Car. Stay cool and give us the make and model if you can.

Looks similar to the Willys Itamaraty http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gCLs9XA1yyM/TyDdgFAoAXI/AAAAAAAAIUU/NzmwRzCVuDI/s1600/P1000873.JPG

I was thinking ’64-’66 Imperial, but the seam between the quarter panel and tulip panel is in the wrong place:

I thought Valiant too, but the deck lid corner is less round in the mystery car photo.

My first thought as well, but apparently wrong.

1964-5 Plymouth Barracuda. Anything from a slant-6 to a 273.
-
1969-71 Lincoln Continental Mk III. With a 460.

You can see the character lines more clearly in white.

Ding! Ding! Ding! Well done!
