Well, here we are just two days into 2015, a brand new year, and one that I am sure will be filled with all kinds of yet to be embraced fads, memes, and controversies. It’s enough to make you want seek out the comfort of an old, reliable friend, and that’s just what I hope the traditional weekly Mystery Car contest is for you.
Just like always, we’re looking for the ID of the car in the photo above, and we ask that you provide a bit of info along with its identity. Those are; the make, model, year-range, and likely engine under its hood, or wherever it keeps it. Take your time, we’ve got a whole year ahead of us.

Because maybe you were wondering too, widebody is by Cantrell Studios, here's the owner's… ingredients? Build list? (I don't know what to call that), and another three cars* with the same widebody kit (and the first two also built by ScienceofSpeed).
*I think this one is especially well photographed, although the bodykit is barely visible.

Some interesting cars in the background too. (Late model Challenger, Porsche Boxster, '00-'04 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab… then some big pickups and Toyotas.)

For some reason it reminds me of the base of the D-pillar on a new Jeep Cherokee. (Where the 3.2L V6 is likely.)
