I know we featured a P1800 just last week in honor of the car’s 50th anniversary, but this soft focus shot of a silver coupe sporting Lucas Tripods and alloy rims is just so damn pretty.

That is some hot sex right there.
Just one MG Mitten fender mirror away from perfection.
I would have accused that of being a painting.
Shows what I know.
Nicely done picture, but it needs a pretty car.

Is this better? (Thanks Flick)
I would probably have chosen Minilites, but what a gorgeous project. It's so important to have the interior match the engine cover. The build photos are incredible. The workmanship and attention to detail are astounding, obsessive really. But it really works, especially the Ferrari hood scoop.

And Tony, I thumbs-uped you yesterday, I don't know who thumbs-downed you. I very rarely do that. I did not want youto think I did though. It was a perfectly fine comment.
I've done neither, since I respectfully disagree. I've always found the P1800/1800S attractive, if not gorgeous, particularly in 1800ES form as MZS posted above.
That's gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
I was never particularly fond of the p1800's looks, but what a difference a set of fat wheels and tires makes.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh…..myyyyyyyyyy……GOD! It's lovely!
Yeah, that's just lovely. I've always liked the way these cars look.
Just one minor correction…

If not for eyeglasses, I would be legally blind. With them, my vision is excellent (at least during the day).
AR Daisy wheels are on the top 4 list of potential wheels for the Falcon when it gets new wheels/tires.
Others: (AR Salt Flats, all-aluminum Cragar SSs, Cragar Eliminators)
