Last Call: Watch this guy drift a Corvette with precision

By Colby Buchanan Jun 11, 2020

It’s a difficult task to drift a car under a truck. Make that car a Corvette and you have a long machine that doesn’t leave much room for error. The driver in the video below cares not for your concerns. Not only that, but he also whips it around and does it again from the other direction!

I think it would be so fun to have a clunker car that I could do this kind of stuff with then it rains but for now, I’ll have to be satisfied with little powerslides in the Z. Do you think you could pull this stunt off?

Last Call indicates the end of Hooniverse’s broadcast day. It’s meant to be an open forum for anyone and anything. Thread jacking is not only accepted, but it’s also encouraged.

  1. No Corvettes were harmed in the making of this film

That thing slides way more than seems reasonable, given the low speeds, too.

  2. I’m surprised the steering linkages and suspension bushings were in good enough shape to enable that kind of precision at all.
