Looks as though it is keeping the riff-raff away from the bathrooms.
I think Max Mosley proved that S&M isn't purely homoerotic. And with Ze German overlords, maybe the Mini could go for a bit of Nazi hooker, followed by a spot of tea.

My first thought was surprisingly not very kinky – it was simply 'awwwh, so they DO have a sense of humour, pretending it's vicious'.
Now, though…
Considering one of Mini's slogans is, "Fits into tight spaces," this is wholly appropriate, if not wholly wholesome.
