When MOMO commissioned a custom Morgan 3-Wheeler in 2015, they had it sprayed with translucent blue chrome paint to give it that extra bit of visual punch. I guess a stock-looking Morgan is just too common and ordinary for them.

What was it Dolly Parton said?
“You gotta spend a lot of money to look this cheap!”?

Or as the Notorious B.I.G. would say – Momo Money, Momo Problems

I’m sure the S&S motor in the new Morgan 3-wheeler is a fine choice but I sure like the look of the old Matchless long-stroke twin a lot better. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/b4aeacd13dec973b66abb36014bfc1ecbde7a8911213e8e237422029cb522e3b.jpg

I’m impressed if that is paint. Looks more like polished aluminum panels were anodized blue.

That was my thought, too. It looks a bit like a holiday tree ornament, but even if it’s not a very tasteful paint job, it’s damned impressive.
It’d be a great alternative for restoring chrome bumpers that were heavily pitted. -
I thought it looked like a wrap. Chrome effect colours look good as part of a race car livery, not sure about a normal* car though
*A Morgan 3 wheeler is not a normal car though, is it…
