Hey, somebody pull my finger! Ha, ha, ha! April Fool. Today is April Fools’ Day and that’s my second favorite holiday right after March 14th, which is Steak and Disappointment Day. Seeing as it is a day for, as Def Leopard so succinctly put it, fa-fa-fa-foolin,’ I thought it would be a good opportunity to get everyone’s take on the best car pranks one could pull on an unsuspecting friend, family member, or soon to be plaintiff in a civil suit.

A derivation of the Roman festival of Hilaria, All Fools’ Day predates the automobile age by a couple of centuries but that doesn’t mean that you still can’t play some wicked practical jokes on car owners and their rides. Shrink-wrapping a coworker’s Saturn is also a lot more hilarious than calling them to ask if their refrigerator is running or if they have Sir Walter Raleigh in a can. Look up that last one if you don’t get it.
