Do you feel, like I do, that car makers have long ago run out of cool car names? I mean, Integra, Captiva… Cactus, it’s like they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel. Years ago, the world was their oyster and hardcore cool names like Bearcat, Tiger, Spitfire, and 365 GTB/4 were great titles appended to, often times, great cars. Those days are sadly in the past, however.

Or are they? Is today’s present dearth of cool car names just the result of a brain fade from the branding folks at every single major auto maker on the planet? Do you think they’ve just run out of ideas, and more importantly do you have any awesome suggestions that could possibly overcome this surfeit of creativity?

What we’re looking for today is your opinion on some cool car names to take the place of things like Altima, Camry, and Spark. Do you have any great suggestions that we could forward to our friends in low places at the world’s most name-needy car makers?
